Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers for distributor and OEM sourcing teams
Use these answers as a starting point; model-specific details are confirmed in the quotation process.
Can you support OEM and private-label programs?
Yes. Available branding, color, configuration, packaging and documentation options depend on the selected model, order quantity and destination market. We confirm the feasible scope in writing before production.
What information is needed for an accurate quotation?
Please include the model or use case, estimated quantity, destination country or port, required delivery window, branding needs and any destination-market documentation requirements.
Do all wheelchair models have the same certificates?
No. Regulatory status and supporting documents are model- and market-specific. We do not treat a company quality-system certificate or a certificate for another device as a wheelchair product approval.
How are product specifications confirmed?
Website information is a sourcing reference. Final specifications, accessories, packaging, warranty, lead time and commercial terms are controlled by the approved specification sheet, sample approval and written quotation or contract.
Can I request a sample?
Sample availability, charges, freight and timing are reviewed for the selected model. Submit your destination and intended order quantity so the team can propose an appropriate sample route.
How quickly will you respond?
We normally respond within one business day.
Still evaluating your requirements?
