When you contact us, we may collect your name, company, business email, telephone or WhatsApp number, country or region, requested product, quantity, destination, delivery target, customization and documentation requirements, message content, source page, form language, UTM attribution and consent record. Our inquiry plugin uses a one-way request hash for abuse prevention and does not retain your full IP address. Hosting, security and email providers may separately process technical logs under their own retention settings.
3. Why we use it
We use information to answer inquiries, assess product and OEM/ODM feasibility, prepare quotations, communicate about samples or orders, maintain business records, secure the form and comply with legal obligations. Depending on your jurisdiction, the legal basis may be your consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations or our legitimate interest in responding to genuine B2B requests and preventing abuse.
4. Recipients and international transfers
Information may be processed by authorized SANYANG personnel and service providers needed for hosting, security, website administration and business email. The site is hosted by Hostinger. Because SANYANG is in China and providers may operate internationally, information may be transferred outside your country. We will use applicable contractual, security and legal safeguards where required. We do not sell inquiry data.
5. Retention
Website inquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days by default. We may retain information longer when it becomes part of a quotation, order, contract, compliance record, dispute or legal obligation; those records follow the applicable business or legal retention period. Abuse-prevention transients expire automatically.
6. Cookies and technical data
The Phase 1 site is intended to use only technically necessary WordPress, security, hosting and form functions. 7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, and may complain to an appropriate authority. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Email your request to business@wheelchairsfactory.com; we may need reasonable information to verify the request.
8. Security, children and automated decisions
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. This B2B site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly request their data. Website inquiries are not subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We may update this policy when services, providers, laws or practices change. The current version and effective date will appear on this page.
